GDCE Syllabus 2026 | Railway GDCE Exam Pattern, Selection Process & Latest Railway Board Guidelines
Railway Board द्वारा जारी RBE No. 28/2026 के अनुसार General Departmental Competitive Examination (GDCE) के Exam Pattern एवं Syllabus को लेकर महत्वपूर्ण स्पष्टीकरण जारी किया गया है। अब GDCE भर्ती परीक्षाएं Railway Administration द्वारा निर्धारित Examination Conducting Agency (ECA) के माध्यम से आयोजित की जाएंगी। GDCE Syllabus 2026
Railway Board के अनुसार ALP के अलावा सभी GDCE भर्तियों का Syllabus एवं Exam Pattern संबंधित RRB Direct Recruitment के समान होगा। इसलिए GDCE उम्मीदवारों को उसी भर्ती के RRB Syllabus के अनुसार तैयारी करनी चाहिए।
GDCE Selection Process 2026
GDCE भर्ती में निम्नलिखित चरण शामिल होंगे:
✅ Single Stage CBT/TBT
✅ Document Verification (DV)
✅ Medical Examination
जहां लागू होगा वहां अतिरिक्त Skill Test, CBAT या अन्य चरण भी संबंधित भर्ती नियमों के अनुसार आयोजित किए जाएंगे।

DGT (Directorate General of Training) द्वारा निर्धारित संबंधित Trade Syllabus के अनुसार प्रश्न पूछे जाएंगे।
GDCE ALP CBAT
Railway Board के निर्देशानुसार ALP श्रेणी में CBAT (Computer Based Aptitude Test) RRB Direct Recruitment के समान लागू रहेगा।
Negative Marking
प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर पर 1/3 अंक की कटौती की जाएगी। GDCE Syllabus 2026
GDCE Technician Syllabus Gr III
Pattern & Syllabus of CBT for Pay Level 2 i.e., Technician Gr III
(i) Total Duration: 90 min & Total Questions: 100
(ii) There shall be negative marking @1/3rd marks for each wrong answer.
(iii) Normalization of marks will be done for CBT held in multiple shifts.
(iv) Minimum pass percentage for eligibility: UR & EWS-40%, OBC(NCL)-30%, SC-30%, ST-25%.
Syllabus for CBT of Technician Gr III
Questions will be of objective type with multiple choice answers and are likely to cover topics pertaining to the following syllabus GDCE Syllabus 2026

General Intelligence and Reasoning: Analogies, Alphabetical and Number Series, Coding and Decoding. Mathematical operations, Relationships, Syllogism, Jumbling, Venn Diagram, Data Interpretation and Sufficiency, Conclusions and decision making, Similarities and differences, Analytical reasoning, Classification, Directions, Statement-Arguments and Assumptions etc.

General Awareness: on current affairs in science & technology, sports, culture, personalities, economics, politics and any other subject of importance.

✔ Translation Test में असफल उम्मीदवार चयन प्रक्रिया से बाहर हो जाएंगे।
